Project Timelines

Elite Design provides estimated project timelines based on scope and complexity. While we strive to meet deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on your schedule.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Elite Design's website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Elite Design or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

• Design concepts created for clients remain the intellectual property of Elite Design unless otherwise negotiated
• Clients receive usage rights for approved designs for their specified project
• Elite Design retains the right to use completed projects in portfolio and marketing materials
• Reproduction, distribution, or transmission of content without written permission is prohibited

4. Service Limitations & Liability

Elite Design is not responsible for:

• Client-provided materials or specifications that are inaccurate or incomplete
• Third-party manufacturers' quality issues with supplied materials
• Installation damages or issues caused by client handling
• Changes requested after project completion stage
• External factors beyond our control affecting project delivery

5. Payment & Billing Terms

Payment Schedule

• 50% advance payment required to start project work
• Remaining balance due before final handover and installation
• Additional charges apply for rush projects or scope changes
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in cases of non-delivery or fundamental service failure. Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete services with written justification. Design and consultation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

Elite Design values client confidentiality. All project-related information, specifications, and communications are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

However, Elite Design reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless explicitly prohibited by written agreement.

7. Limitation of Warranty

While Elite Design strives for excellence, we do not guarantee that:

• Services will meet all specific requirements or expectations
• Design concepts will be free from errors or omissions
• Materials and production will be absolutely perfect
• Projects will generate expected business results or traffic
• Website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free

8. Termination of Service

Elite Design reserves the right to terminate services if:

• Client violates these Terms & Conditions
• Payment is not made as agreed
• Client provides inaccurate or misleading information
• Client requests are illegal or unethical
• Client becomes involved in disputes or legal action

Upon termination, all outstanding fees remain due, and Elite Design is not responsible for project completion or refunds unless otherwise stipulated in writing.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation by a neutral third party if negotiation fails
3. Legal proceedings in courts of Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Elite Design regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior understandings and agreements, whether written or oral. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
